For time (15 min cap)
150 Hand Release Push Ups
Every Minute, on the minute 5 Back Squats at 50% of 1RM -
WOD 12.3 Workout
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 20" box
75 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar1 rep short of 7 rounds
