The System

The System is a program for competitive or advanced athletes created by Mikko Salo, winner of the CF Games 2009. Every detail of the program is closely thought out and workouts are tested by Mikko himself. The goal is to develop a large engine and skill base that an athlete is then able to use to progress and unlock their whole strength and power potential. 5 training days a week with 4 optional sessions.

Athlete Training Protocol

ATP is not just a training template, but a way to encourage athletes to take all the aspects that affect their performance into consideration. Choose from three different paths: Strength & Conditioning, Power & Speed, or Engine. Each path has 5 training days per week. Four days are as per the program you choose and once a week we have a dedicated skill day.

The Process

The Process is a training program by Olympic athlete Anni Vuohijoki. It’s a complete and carefully planned yearly cycle for people who want to be faster, stronger and more flexible – the best possible version of themselves. The Process is formed of two different programs, the easier Strength & Performance and the harder one called Weightlifting Pro. The first can be done in regular gyms, but you can still pick exercises from the WL Pro, if you have a heavy session and you feel that you can do more. The harder version is a professional Olympic lifters’ training program, consisting of all and everything that it takes to become a top level athlete. It is basically what I do when I train.

A program made by Sam Lubben, written in Spanish and Dutch. Instead of being an other program for athletes, we focus on athletes who aren't yet on the RX level and want to follow a program that focuses more on the foundations. The other program is for those who don't have much time per day but want to follow a program that's a bit tougher than there daily WOD in the gym.
