Working in Pairs one runs 400m and other completes the following;
10 KB American Swings
10 Air Squats
10 LungesNote; Athletes will switch after each 400m run & will carry on with the sequence . Score will be total reps in the sequence

30.06.2014 Ft. Squats & Box jumps Workout
For time 21-15-9 reps of:
Ft. Squat @ 60% of 1rm
Box jumps 24"/20"*At the start of every minute perform 4 burpees.
