Perform 4 x 2min sets of sequences of the following exercises
2 x Muscle Clean
2 x Front Squat
2 x Push Press
1min rest between sets.
Use as heavy weight as possible.
As Many Reps(sequences) As Possible. -
EMOM 16 for quality Workout
EMOM 16 for quality:
Minute 1: Hang power cleans 10 reps, max weights for the men 60kg, ladies 40kg.
Minute 2: C2 rollouts 10 reps
Minute 3: Strict pull-ups 4-10 reps
Minute 4: 30-50 DUs -
Swinger* Workout

2-position Snatch(mid-thigh,knee) + 2 x Overhead Squat
