Thruster and L-Pullup decending ladder Workout
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 decending ladder for:\
Thrusters (95 lbs)
L-Pullups
This will give you 55 reps of each, for time. The L-pullups are a lot more taxing with no kip and go full ROM. -
