Every minute on the minute Clean and Press (135/95 or double 53/35)
1st minute - 1 c p

Double Unders x 100
Hang Power Snatch x 30 - 95/65 (85)NOTES: 33 unbroken to start WB's, then 15+ to finish. DU's 2 sets of 33, one of 34. HPS 10 unbroken, then 5+ to finish. Form was shit at 95, so opted for 85, which after 100 WB's was really hard. Pushed myself on this one. Practiced Pull Ups after.

15 SquatsSquats killed me. Never missed or dropped from the pull up bar (shockingly) but the squats were SLOW. (8 rounds plus 5 pull ups)

Strength Training:
Front Squats: 4x185, 4x205, 2x225, 2x245, 2x255, 2x265
Metcon: Cashin .5 mile run then 3 rnds: 15 front squats (135lbs), 30 T2B then Cash out: .5 mile run
Time: 28 mins - awful!!!
