Toes to BarNot overly happy with my time on this, I rested way more and broke it up more than I should have. However, very happy with the fact I was able to do full OHS for all 55 reps, that for me is a new personal best in terms of amount of OHS especially at that weight. WOOT!

Modification - did knee push-ups instead of regular push-ups...
12 rounds + 5 pull ups
Kept slipping off the pull up bar b/c my hands were so sweaty...had to stop in between almost every round to chalk up.
