    • 15 sentadillas de arranque 60/50 kilos
    • 400 mts carrera
    • 12 subidas en barra tocando los pectorales en la barra

    ** las sentadillas de arranque las hice con 20 kilos
    ** me sentí bien haciendo las subidas en barra, más allá de que me costaran más porque es el pecho el que debe llegar a la barra.

    100 abdominal exercises
    100 lying down, move a kb back and forth to each side of the body (20kg)

    30 pull-ups Used Purple Band

    18 pull-ups No Band Used

    Plus 210 Meter Tire Drag with 95lbs = 16:00

  • Dae Han (Modified) Workout

    Three rounds for time of:
    600 meters with 2 x 15# dumbells
    15 towel pull-ups, x 3
    95# thurster, 12 reps

    Had to use green bands to complete pull ups.
    Used 20lb Dumbbells
