I didn't even try this for time since my left calve is hurting too much to do the running.

- 20x Cleans
- 20x Snatch
- 20x Clean & Jerk
- 1RM Max Clean (55kg) tried 60 but no dice
All done with only the 20kg bar, just to get into it better.
