EMOM 28: A: 17/14 Cal assault bike, B: 17/14 cal row, C: 17/14 burpee, D: rest. If you fall off the pace take one rep away and try to keep that and so on. Enjoy!

20 min AMRAP: 5 high box jumps, 10 stationary lunges, 15 sit-ups Workout
13 rounds + 5 box jumps (32") and 10 stationary lunges
I never thought I'd say this about a CrossFit workout... but I LOVED this one. Three of my favorite things all tied into one great 20 minute workout. :)
