I really had this workout's number, didn't realize I should have been using 1.5 pood until it was round 6 and my form wasn't really breaking down. When this comes back around I'll be going for the Rx for sure.

My time was fast comparatively, but my form still didn't feel that great. Felt myself pushing the bar a lot at the end with my arms instead of my using my legs. Try increasing weight slowly. Try 50# next time.
