3-16-11 WOD "Pet Rock" 21-15-9 with Medball Over Box, WallBall, ABmat Workout
For time,
800m Run
then;
21-15-9 “Pet Rock”-perform all exercises (21-15-9) with medball 20/14
Over Box
Medball clean
Wallball
Abmat
Then;
800m Run
Clock stops after completion of second 800m Run.Both feet on the ground over the box & over/back =1 rep on box.
I was sleepy & ran one additional lap...thus my time is slightly higher.

Another Day of Randomness and a 2-Mile Run Workout
3 Rounds of:
30 Double Unders
15 Ground to Overhead**After testing Snatch versus Clean and Jerk, I've decided that Clean and Jerk is going to be my method of movement for WOD #1.

18:45I felt really good during the first mile and then got a major stitch in my side. I walked and sprinted the remaining mile.
This was a really frustrating day of workout. I pretty much wreaked havoc on my body in Cabo and have absolutely no wind. But, rather than not to anything (which I feel like I could continue to do, if I let myself) I decided to work on something that I love, Power Cleans, and something that I don't but that I felt would help my sore legs, run. Good call...I feel way better. And, tomorrow...I will conquer the world...or at least have a better workout.

2-17-11 WOD Deadlifts & Back Squats Followed by 21-15-9 Abmat & DU's Workout
Back Squat 3-3-3
DL 5-5-5
Then, if time permits

DU’sBack squat - 135 - 185 - 225
I felt pretty good about this, the last time we did back squats for #s, I one rep max'd at 225, so to 3 rep it, felt great!
Deadlift - 185 - 245 - 265
We did a 5 rep max about 2 weeks ago and I maxed at 5 reps with 260, so I gained 5 lbs per rep in 2 weeks, woot!21-15-9 took me 2:03, RX'd, sadly I could of beaten 2 minutes but my freaking shorts fell down and messed up my double unders :-)
