    Puntari halukkaille klo 9.00-9.30. Ilmoita aloituspaino tempaukseen ja työntöön puntarilla tai viimeistään klo 9.50 toimitsijalle.
    Kisat alkavat klo 10.00. Pienin aloituspaino aloittaa. Kaikki nostavat ensin tempaus nostot jonka jälkeen tarvittaessa pidetään 5-10min tauko ja jatketaan työnnöillä.
