5 Rounds of 2x 5x KB Press, 50m KB Farmers Walk Workout
5x KB Press on each arm times two
50m KB Farmers Walk (I found some stairs to make it even more challenging into the exercise)For the KB Press I used 16 kg (35 lbs)
For the KB Farmers Walk I used 2x 24 kg (2x 53 lbs) one 24 kg in each handThe farmers walk is reallllllllllly exhausting!
PS. The video isn't me but it was pretty close to what I did. Never tried the one arm the way that dude does but I'll do that next time.

I couldnt use hook grip because it hurt my hand too much, and the bar kept slipping because their was no chalk. Not happy with my time at all

4 HSPU (Parallette)Did this after the tire flip craziness. Good times.

Made this one up as I went.

- 10 Air Squats
- 15 Push-Ups
- 20 Bench JumpsDid this outside as I only had a little bit of time to workout. Here is a pic of the building and poor bench.
