Did this workout and got so frustrated with my 95# miss... :( I need to work on getting "underneath" that bar, quicker. I am determined to get it next time and definitely work up to 100#... :)

AMRAP 400 meter run, 5 Deadlifts Workout
Ran 400 meters & did 5 DL for 5 rounds.
I totally lost count after round 2...but the mental toughness truly tested me on this one.
It was a total butt-kicker!!

Did it on Oct11 in 18:41 and aftr the 30 days I droppped over 4 minutes to 14:18!!! I'm truly a Paleo believer!!! -

Sit-upsI was actually able to do a few clapping push-ups, which made me happy! I think I got about 6 or 7 on the first round then 1 on the second. All other push-ups were done chest to ground/hands off ground and on my toes. I was pleased with my time!
I also felt pretty good on the back squats. I was comfortable w/ my range of motion on all of them, felt like I got low enough.
