10 (total) weighted pistols holding a Dumbell (alternating legs)
10 Push Ups/ Row (alternating) increasing weight each round if possible
Ab Wheel (start with 2 reps each of 3 sides, then increase by 1 rep each round) to end with 6 straight in front, 6 to the right, 6 to the left. -
