For Time: Start w/4 Burpees & then do 4 Burpees every minute
Rx (95/65)Used 35# on all but OH Squats. 12# bar on OH Squats. Shoulder wouldn't allow 35#. At 6 minute mark, dropped to 2 burpees every minute. Continued burpees throughout.

3 min Active Rest “jump rope”
3 min AMRAP Box Jump 20″

Reset Clock:
800m Run for Time
Anyone caught not jumping rope during active rest will be penalized 10 Burpee’s!!!

I've lost the ability to do double unders for some reason - took over 15 minutes just to get through them this time!! I have some work to do.
