100 Regular jumps (instead of Double unders)
Walking Lunges, 50 steps
50 crunches (instead of Knees to elbows)
6 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
6 Burpees
50 Dumbbell swings, 10 lbs (instead of Kettlebell swings, 1 pood)
50 Back extensionsCompletely lost it at the end. Had nothing left after the lunges :P
