200 DU's, Deadlift 9,000 lbs, 75 Thursters Workout
Partition as needed:
200 Double Unders
9,000 Deadlift
75 Thrusters (#45)I did 15:57 rx
I started by knocking out all the double unders (since they are my worst movement in this WOD). I partitioned the DL with 21, 15, 9 reps (200# deadlifts) and Thrusters 25, 25, 25. Felt pretty good. My deadlift form is getting much better and I feel much more confident in higher weights.
