Five rounds for time of:
3 MU
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps -
Short Tosh Workout
3 rounds of 100m, rest 100 time, 200m, rest 200 time, 400m, rest 400 time
I don't know what my time was...I think my 100s were around 0:24-0:28 seconds, 200s were around 0:52 - 1:04, and 400s were around 1:52 - 2:15.
