It was a shorter trip for about an hour and it was fun.
We did some exercising upstairs after but we left because of time and they were not listening and getting too crazy. -

6 Laps of the Infield + Dynamic Stretching (Warm-up)
6x20m Sprinting Drill (high kneesx2, straight-leg boundsx2, B-skipx2)
2 Pole Vault Plant Drills (10 reps each)
About 20 Pole Vault Jumps (8-steps - no bend, bend)
About 20 Fosbury Flop High Jumps
Gymnastics (Some Handstand Holds, 2x5 Deficit Hands-to-Shoulders HSPUs)
1 Lap of the Infield + Static Stretching (Cooldown)
