    Valitse harjoitukseen kahvakuula, jolla saat helposti tehtyä 21 toistoa putkeen. Valitse kyykkyihin kevyt skaalaus. Jos teet maljakyykyt, ota painoksi sama kahvakuula, kuin millä teit swingit. Valitse leuanvetovariaatio niin, että saat tehtyä toistot putkeen. Kippileukoja saa tehdä!
