Vertical Lynne Workout
3 rounds:
* Floor press, max reps (2×32/24kg kettlebells or dumbbells)
* Supine ring row, max reps.Rest 1 minute between rounds.

4 rounds of goodness Workout
4 rounds:
In 90 seconds, row 250 m, then perform as many hang squat cleans as possible. Use 50% of 1RM clean.Rest 90 seconds.

4 rounds + 8 min AMRAP Workout
4 rounds for max reps:
* 1 minute rope climbs
* 1 minute kettlebell swings (24/16kg)Rest 3 minutes.
8 minute AMRAP:
* 8 toes to bar
* 8 push-ups -
