Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes.
- 1: 12/10cal Row
- 2: 12 Toes to bar
- 3: 12 Box jump 75cm/60cm)
- 4: 2 Rope climb

Front squat Strength
- Front squat 5-3-3-3-5
Rest at least 3 min between sets and make sure to start HEAVY enough!

Push Pull EMOM Workout
10 Min EMOM
Alternate between;
Odd 10 double KB push Press 20/12 (scale up or down as needed
Even 5-8 strict chin up ( change reps on ability scale with less if neededSo 5 sets on pull and 5 sets on press.
