15-12-9 Clean. Rest as needed in between. Bar can't rest on the ground.
65(up)-85(great)-95(up)Really happy with progress on the strict press...one of the last exercises left to get over 100#

Push ups and rope climbs Workout
Warm-up: 3 rounds of 10 back extentions and 10 GHD sit-up/skill rope climbs
WOD
Complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Rope climbs and push-ups
Count the number of trips up the rope and the number of push-ups with in the half hour.After bash: mobility, one hip and one shoulder
I got 278 reps...i think about 12 of them were rope climbs and the rest were pushups.
