Complete five rounds of:
7x On the rings, lower from an inverted hang, slowly, with straight body and arms
15x Ring Push-upsMove SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings - one pair hung app. 8' off the ground and the second 4" off the ground.

Teams of four, complete the following for time:

400 meter run
100 sit-ups

100 burpeesOnly one athlete can perform the movement at a time, all team members do the run together. While one team member is performing the movement, the other three will be choosing between a plank hold (front, back, side) or holding a ball overhead (20/14).
