We did this workout on 10/21/13. Went 5# heavier and was about a minute faster. First round of DU's unbroken. Then 20's, then 10's or less. 50# was heavy enough, struggled to do more than 6 or 7 at a time. 3-5 at the end.

Group warm up, then
1 mile run
20min AMRAP
5 Handstand push ups (MOD: 1 abmat)
10 Hang snatch 75/55
15 Hand release push ups4 rounds + 5 reps
By round 3, 55# started to get really heavy. Missed a few snatches, was doing them in 2's and 3's in the last round. Mile was about 8:20ish.
