Push up pyramid Strength
Emom: push-up one more than previous minute
Go as long as possible, result is the number of full sets done.
Ie. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 lasts 7 mites and result would be 7. -
Rope climbs, push presses and DUs Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 15-ft. rope climbs, 3 ascents
- 135-lb. push presses, 12 reps
- 50 double-unders
