10-1 Front Squat (60/40kg), 1-10 C2B
Harjoituksen tarkoituksena on saada mahdollisimman nopea aika. Skaalaa tarvittaessa C2B leuanvedoksi ja/tai kevennä kuormaa etukyykyssä. Tee ensin 10 etukyykkyä ja sitten yksi C2B, seuraavaksi 9 etukyykkyä ja 2 C2B, jatka näin kunnes viimeisessä sarjassa teet yhden etukyykyn ja 10 C2B
