WOD 1
With a 10 minute clock running complete:
1000m row
With remaining time, as many reps of strict muscle ups as possible.*1000m row time 3:33

With an 8 minute clock running complete:
150 double unders
With remaining time as many reps of HSPU (head to floor) as possible*double unders 3:30ish (shoulders DEAD from WOD 1)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115#/75# Push press, 10 reps
10 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
