Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat x 1 repBuild over the course of the six sets to today’s “heavy” Front Squat.

Muscle up - 3
Power Clean (or double KB) - 3 (worked up to 245 x 3)Finisher:
