Endurance Workout
30 min AMRAP

Max rep pull ups - mod blue band
400m run
Max rep ring push ups - mod push ups
200m run
Max rep dips

Completed 2 full rounds. Was able to 85 total. I had a blue bands for pull ups and dips. I also did regular push UPS for the first time. Yay! But I should have done 45# for the push press.30 was too easy.

5 minute AMRAP Workout
AMRAP in 5min. Of:
3 deadlifts @ 205#
7 push press @ 115#4 rounds + 1 deadlift
"Buy in" = 7x2 weighted pull-ups... made it up to 45#

This was Fu@king brutal for some reason. OHS is just a shitty lift for me. Have to say I didn't have much fun doing this one. Nice job to everyone who did this.

CFSC 17Jun11 - Run, DL, HSPU, Run Workout
WOD:
800m Run
then:
21.15.9
Deadlift 225/155
HSPU
Then:
800m Run
Only run at the start and end of WOD. Do not run between 21.15.9.=========================================
Started off with the RX weight of 225# DL, that didn't last long (3 reps), dropped it to 205# DL to finish the 21 reps. The 15 & 9 reps were done with 185#. HSPU was with a green/green band.
