Abmat Sit upsFull RX, it took me a little longer than I wanted it to. I think that is due to the fact that I really pushed myself to ensure ever chest to bar was 100% and every push up was 100% chest to ground.
Overall, proud of the performance. Quality!

30 Hand Stand Push UpsI felt pretty good about the burpees and sit-ups. I used a 25# kettlebell because the 35# was pulling me forward a bit. I also did jumping pull-ups and used 2 ab mats for the HSPU. Overall, pleased with my performance.
