Training programs-
Tabata Something Else Workout
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Tabata overhead squat/400m run Workout
For a score:
tabata overhead squat with pvc, resting on the 10 sec intervals in a squat
400m run
Take the time you got for the 400m run in seconds and subtract your tabata score from that.

Tabata OHS @ Level 1 Cert Workout
8 rounds of tabata over head squats with PVC holding the "Rest" at the bottom of the squat followed immediately by a 400m run.
