Backsquat 65 x 20- felt good!!!
Not thrilled with my efforts this morning, but the back it hurting from crappy deadlift form on friday. I started at 95 this morning and did the first 3 and then dropped the weight to 65 so I didn't injure myself more. Room to grow on HPC! -
