- 15 m Overhead Weighted lunge steps with plate dumbbell or kettlebells (light weight)
- 15 Weighted sit-up

Five rounds, for quality Workout
Five rounds of:
5 Snatch deadlifts
5 Hang power snatches
5 Overhead squats
5 Good mornings
8 Back squatsThe goal is to do the whole round unbroken i.e without dropping the bar.
Rest 2 min between rounds.
Start with a light weight and increase the weight every round. -
