EMOM12 2x Back Squat Workout
On the beginning of every minute, do 2x BS, try to stay with the same weight the whole workout! DO at approximately 80-85% of 1RM.

For quality and minimum rest:
- 21-15-9 Front squat with two kettlebells (heavy)
- 12-9-6 lunge steps with kettlebells
- 150 m farmer's walk 32/24 kg after every round
