Partner workout (2 persons) Workout
In 5 minutes:
- max reps shoulder to overhead (50% of 1RM jerk)
resting partner keeps a handstand or plank hold if the bar touches ground, count a penalty
Rest 1 minute.
In 5 minutes:
- as many burpee pull-ups as possible
resting partner hangs on the bar if there are 2 persons on the ground at the same time, count a penalty
Penalty is 30 sit-ups after the wod.
