5 reps @ 50% your 10RM
5 reps @ 75% your 10 RM
5 reps @ 100% your 10 RM
Rest / sets only as long as it takes to change weights
Rest up to 2 mins / sets
Success = increase weight by 5 lbs on next Day 1 -
