Swimming with kids - active recovery post Open WOD Workout
I went swimming with the kids, after we played some racketball for about 30 minutes for about an hour in the Y.
Good Time, but Brady was getting a little too grabby and scratched both Kendall and I... still fun. kendall started to get the feel of the racketball serve I could see that. -
