Warmup:

Get into teams of 2, grab a med ball (20/14). The team must total 150 wall balls (75/person). If the ball touches the ground = 10 burpees. This includes switching between teammates. The switch must happen in the air.Odd number of people so I did a set of 25 then set of 50. Didn't feel too bad.

The Seven Workout
7 x handstand pushup or scaling option (I did scaling option) from pushup position walk up wall backwards keeping hands on the ground
7 x thruster @ 50kg,50kg,40kg,40kg
7 x knees2elbow
7 x deadlift @ 90kg, 60kg,60kg,50kg
7 x burpees
7 x kettlebells @ 24kg,24kg,16kg,16kg
7 x pullups kipping,jumping,jumping,jumping- I thought I did 5 rounds but when I think back, maybe I only did 4, I'm not 100% sure I had to stop and get on the baseball to relieve the tension in my glutes and lower back.

Minga's Outdoor Ses Workout
3 Rounds:
- 1min Skipping + 200m Run + 1min Paleo Chair HoldFGB - 2 Rounds, 1min each station (1min rest between):
- 9kg Wallballs
- 30" Box Jumps
- 30kg SDHP
- Stair Run
- 16kg KB Swing
- Row3 Rounds:
- 30secs Burpees, 30secs rest2 Rounds:
- 3 stair runs + 200m run3 Rounds:
- 30secs Push Up / Bungee combp
- ie 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc -
First day of @Progenex... POWER BABY! Workout
So today is my first day with the Progenex product. I'm VERY excited about it and will have my first photos up TOMORROW (it's cold today & I want to take them with good light). The blog post will be up as well :) STAY TUNED!
I'll just throw out some numbers so you know where I'm starting:
Height: 5'1"... sometimes 5'1.5" depending on the day ;)
Weight: 108 lbs
Body Fat: 14%And for those interested:
Bust/Waist/Hip: 34, 26, 35 :)On to the WOD
10 Dead Lifts on the minute for 5 minutes (133 lbs)
3 minute rest
10 Hang Power Cleans on the minutes for 5 minutes (63 lbs)
3 minute rest
Max Reps of Box Jumps for 1 minute (38 completed)20 minute post WOD Airedyne :)

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)
This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.48 Reps
Tried again, worse result. Gassed at the end, I guess I had a case of the "Mondays"
