Back Squats; Push-up/Sit-up Metcon Workout
Back Squats (3 Reps x 5 sets)
For Time:
21-18-15-12-9Clapping Push-ups
Sit-upsI was actually able to do a few clapping push-ups, which made me happy! I think I got about 6 or 7 on the first round then 1 on the second. All other push-ups were done chest to ground/hands off ground and on my toes. I was pleased with my time!
I also felt pretty good on the back squats. I was comfortable w/ my range of motion on all of them, felt like I got low enough.
