This was definitely an endurance workout and I sucked at it. I don't know if it is because I am still on the tail end of this cold or what. Either way I had high hopes after having a nice time w/ Diane yesterday. I have to improve this.

- Side Plank (right)30 Seconds Each of:

This one is pretty straight forward. Forearms and biceps are shot.
For time:
- 800 meter run
