10+10 single DB push presses 35/25 lb
30 sit ups
40/30 cal row or 50/40 cal bike8 min time cap per set.

For quality:
20 jumping squats
100 kg back squat, 15 reps
20 jumping squats
100 kg back squat, 16 reps
20 jumping squats
100 kg back squat, 17 reps
20 jumping squats
100 kg back squat, 18 reps
20 jumping squats
100 kg back squat, 19 repsRest as needed between sets.

Hip extensions, HS walk and lunges (main site Sunday 160306) Workout
5 rounds for time of:
- 30 hip extensions
- Handstand walk 50 feet
- Lunge 150 feet
