100 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg for time.
*At the top of each minute, do 5 burpees.

Beginner: Complete 75 reps.

3 sets, not for time of HSPU, 12 reps each. Then...1 Power Clean (115), 10 Push Jerks, 2 PC, 9 PJ, 3 PC, 8 PJ, ect..... for time.

95-135-155-175-185(old PR)-195-205 Fail x 3 - 205 PR!Knew i was real close on the fails so ended up getting it on the 4th try. 20# PR, though it had been a while since last testing this move for 1RM
