Bag carry - run - bag squat Workout
Byu in & out: Carry 20kg bag without dropping 800m.
Run 400m, with bag squat reps: 15-17-19-21-23-25-27-29-31-33. -

Bodyweight stuff for quality Workout
5 rounds for quality:
- 10 one legged deadlifts (10 each side)
- 10 push-ups
- 20 ring rows (or barbell rows)
- 5 wall climbs

I was chasing Cory's time but he got me today. Those power cleans snuck up on me. I used the 75lb bar to do my SDHP.
