Marshall Ladder Workout
This is a simple, yet brutal WOD for when you are on the road. Here are the sets:
20 push-ups, 1 sit-ups,
19 push-ups, 2 sit-ups,
18 push-ups, 3 sit-ups,
17 pust-ups, 4 sit-ups,
...etc.
1 push-up, 20 sit-ups.Of course the "..." represents all the iterations in between I just didn't want to type them out. :)

- 8 Pullups
- 8 Pushups
- 8 Situps
- 20 Air Squats
Did the above as fast as I could. I was aiming for 8 rounds but had to break after 4 to stop from puking. First crossfit workout in way over a year.
Dropped phone midst of workout so I never got the time either :)
