Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 BurpeesLet trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge
Pretty brutal 13:25 as Rx'd

6 rounds of triplet of: Bent Over Row, 3 press, 3 PP, 3 PJ & Toes to bar Workout
perform 6 rounds of following triplet:
5-6 Bent Over Row
(Using same weight go right into the press series)
3 Press, 3 Push Press, 3 Push Jerk
10-12 toes to bar
Not for time, but try to move and to use heavier weight for the barbell movements. -
