- Clean and Jerk Work up to a heavy set of the following complex: 2 High Hang Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk High Hang Cleans are from a vertical torso position and the bar at mid-thigh with knees bent

Clean & Jerk 4-4-4-4 Strength
4 sets:
• 4 Clean & Jerk
Weight: 70% of 1RM. Perform all sets at this weight. Focus on technique. Rest 1-2 min between sets. -

gymnastics Workout
Gymnastics Conditioning
4 sets of 12-15 unbroken Kipping HSPU, rest as little as needed to get the next set, but you must get at least 12 reps. -
Snatch 4-4-4-4 Strength
4 sets:
• 4 Snatch
Weight: 70% of 1RM. Perform all sets at this weight. Focus on technique. Rest 1-2 min between sets. -
