Skill Work/Strenth - Snatch Workout
Worked on my form and seeing what kind of weight I could cleanly get overhead. Managed 55# which I was pretty pleased with! I think that's a PR...I'm going to mark it as one at least! :)

6 Minute Run & O/H Squat Workout
6 minute clock
Run 800 m
Max reps of O/H squats in remaining timeI used 45# for my O/H squat...I felt really tight today for some weird reason, so my squats were questionable. Plus my toe and calf started cramping as soon as I got to the O/H squat portion, sooooo I only got 8 squats even though I had 2 1/2 minutes to do them. I suck.
